Directions to Dr. Sarkis' Office

From the Florida Turnpike

• Take exit 75 (Glades Rd/ State Hwy 808). Turn left at Boca Raton Rd./Glades Rd. (go 1.5 mi).
• Turn right at Powerline Rd. (go 1.5 mi.)
• Turn right at W. Palmetto Park Rd.
• At the next light (Palmetto Circle N.), take a right.
• Then take the first right and turn into the office parking lot on the right.
• The office is a large white 2-story building (7301). Take one of the side entrances or the back entrance. Take the elevator to the second floor. Take a left off of the elevator and go to the end of the hallway. Take a right. You will see Suite 205A on the left. 
  

Going South on I-95

• Take I-95 South to exit 44 (Palmetto Park Rd.).
• Take a right off the exit and continue on W. Palmetto Park Rd. You will be driving approximately 2.5 miles on Palmetto Park Rd.
• You will cross over Powerline Rd. At the next light (Palmetto Circle N.), take a right.
• Then take the first right and turn into the office parking lot on your right.
• The office is a large white 2-story building (7301). Take one of the side entrances or the back entrance. Take the elevator to the second floor. Take a left off of the elevator and go to the end of the hallway. Take a right. You will see Suite 205A on the left. 

Going North on I-95

• Take I-95 North to exit 44 (Palmetto Park Rd.).
• Keep left at the fork and continue on W. Palmetto Park Rd. You will be driving approximately 2.5 miles on Palmetto Park Rd.
•  You will cross over Powerline Rd. At the next light (Palmetto Circle N.), take a right.
• Then take the first right and turn into the office parking lot on the right.
